Diversity and Inclusion
Everyone wants to feel seen, heard, understood. Especially at work. When diversity and inclusion are at the heart of considerations, it’s easier to speak to every team member. With thoughtful measures, actions rooted in what matters, and an understanding of the reality of today’s world, every company has space to grow. And employees, a greater sense of belonging.
Audit
At sept24, we don’t believe in common ideas or reusing the same strategies. We use business intelligence to understand each client’s situation. We evaluate image, recruitment, hiring, employees’ loyalty and retention. All of this helps us establish clear and realistic diversity objectives. We snap a picture of the current state so we can imagine their path to greater diversity initiatives.
Activation
Theory is good. But knowing how to apply it is essential. For diversity to be more than a hot topic, it must be lived and integrated into the daily lives of employees. Our team creates programs to truly rethink corporate’s involvement towards DEI. Then, when an employer describes itself as inclusive, it’s not just talk.
Branding
The branding part of diversity is concrete. We ask each of our clients to question their culture and work environment. After all, a brand image should reflect the openness of an organization: it should show how it adapts and welcomes diversity through its programs and initiatives.
An accessible career site, inclusive photos, reassuring videos and, most importantly, caring managers during interviews are all ways to express DEI commitment to candidates and employees. The one constant in diversity, however, is change. As society evolves, so does the concept of diversity, so the work is always is progress.
