Montreal, August 31, 2022. – sept24 is proud to announce a new pro bono partnership: it has agreed to become the Fondation Jeunes en Tête’s official agency, tasked with overseeing their employer brand mandates. The Fondation is committed to preventing psychological distress by providing teens, their parents, and school staff with online tools and awareness-raising workshops in schools across Quebec. In the wake of a successful mandate in 2021, the sept24 team is thrilled to confirm this long-term collaboration with the Fondation and looks forward to supporting them in their yearly recruitment efforts to attract spokespersons dedicated to sharing their stories with young men and women across the province.
Closing the agency to go all in
“Our employees wanted to help an organization and they voted for Jeunes en Tête. It was really important for them to demystify mental health, especially in light of the pandemic. We quickly realized that collaborating with the Fondation was just a natural fit for us,” explains Louis-Philippe Péloquin, CEO of sept24.
Thus, one afternoon in June, the agency pressed paused on all its other mandates; instead of working on the project over several months, the team decided to focus entirely on Jeunes en Tête. Strategy, creation, production . . . everyone got involved and in one day the team managed to come up with innovative content and tools for Fondation Jeunes en Tête.
In the wake of this experience, sept24 decided to take things even further and signed a pro bono agreement with the organization. Realizing the indispensable nature of its contribution, the agency’s current mission is to facilitate the recruitment of spokespersons who will educate and equip young men and women.
Youth at the heart of it all
Not only does Fondation Jeunes en Tête align with sept24’s values, but it also supports the agency’s very essence. In fact, youth marketing lies at the core of the agency’s mission. “The agency came to be after the creation of a network used to coordinate advertising placements in school agendas,” explains Louis-Philippe. “Academia is a sector that is in constant evolution, so we have no choice but to continually renew ourselves.”
Over the years, sept24 has specialized itself in HR marketing, but has never wavered from its first love: youth mandates. One thing is certain—the sept24 team has both the resources and passion to efficiently and creatively support Fondation Jeunes en Tête.
Results
The recruitment campaign led by sept24, which aimed to recruit more than 15 spokespersons, was a veritable success for Fondation Jeunes en Tête. In all, the campaign generated 1.2M impressions and over 900 candidatures. “Given the current labour shortage, the campaign really helped us promote the organization and allowed us to select the best spokespersons for the job, which is something we haven’t had the privilege of doing for a number of years,” explains Josiane Babin, a human resource manager for the Fondation.
