The creative avenues we explored were incredibly inspiring. Our efforts aimed to raise awareness and emphasize on pride, lead us to create a culture book that made their new identity and internal culture easily accessible to all.

To enhance their candidate experience, we developed a career website that not only efficiently processes resume submissions but also aligns aesthetically with their new employer brand. We were determined to bring this brand to life at every stage, starting from day one.

Internally, we also implemented promotional items such as coffee cups, umbrellas, packs of gum, tote bags, and more to promote the employer brand activation. To simplify the process, we created a catalog to enable local managers to order the most suitable items for their teams.

Regarding visibility, we underwent a complete redesign of their social media visuals to align with the new image. We also made toolkits available for both personal and corporate LinkedIn accounts to effectively promote the new employer brand. Additionally, we created redesigned trade fair booths and posters, strategically reinforcing the brand’s presence across all points of contact.

Furthermore, we provided them with the necessary tools to independently bring their employer brand to life internally. This involved offering training and toolkits to the entire HR community.
